An Announcement for Civil Society Organizations

In line with the decision of the Transitional High Judicial Council on providing the courts with additional new judges, and in response to the continuous increase in the number of the filed cases, an announcement on holding a number of judicial competitions to recruit qualified judges in regular courts according to specific terms will be released later. In order to inform the organizations concerned with the supervision process on the preconditions of the nomination for the judicial competition and the implementation timeline, as well as achieving the best results of integrity and transparency, the Transitional HJC calls on the CSOs wishing to participate in the supervision over the judicial competitions, to submit a written official letter to the General-Secretary of the HJC by Thursday 05/03/2020.
